Old McDonald Had a Farm...

This time last year, James interned at a little dairy down in Payson. Today we had the pleasure of visiting it again and showing little Mason what is in store for him. (James has decided that he wants to be a food animal vet so he will mostly be working with cows, sheep, horses, etc. Because of this, James feels like he must practice what he preaches and have some of his own. He keeps trying to get me to let him get ckickens or cows for our little backyard in the heart of the Provo ghetto. "Every Family needs a cow!") He thought they were pretty fun. To keep ourselves dry, we tucked our pants into our boots. However, I later forgot and ran a couple errands looking like Napoleon Dynamite! No wonder people were looking at me wierd....I was a couple years too late to pull off the "it's cool to be a nerd" thing AND smelled like little piggies!

Yay for your blog! I really, really like it. It's really streamlined, which makes it really easy to read. I was trying to go for that with mine. Some have all this stuff on it that makes it hard to read, and that's no good. Anyway, I love it, and it was totally worth the wait yesterday! I was excited about it all day! Also, I would totally LOVE it if you guys had chickens in your back yard. Can you imagine? That would make for some very interesting badminton games! :) Oh, and I love that picture of Mason with his little block. I cannot believe how beautiful his eyes are! (Sorry James, if I'm not supposed to use beautiful to talk about baby boys!)

Melinda! I found your blog from Kiersten's! I love that I'm finding all of the bloggers in the ward! I vote that you get that muddy pig for your backyard! Oh, I think Mason is adorable. (is it okay to use adorable for baby boys?) :)
