Mason and his pal
Mason had his little friend, Emerson, over this afternoon for a little fun together and it was so cute! They are pretty much the same age and height and do pretty much the same things. It was fun to watch them play together...and occasionally fight. Mason was pleased as punch to show off his new crawling, standing, and poking abilities! I didn't tell him that most babies crawl closer to four months than nine and Emerson probably wasn't impressed...especially with the poking. At one point I even got them laughing at the same time! Woohoo! I AM a cool mom! I am sure that I saw pride in Mason's eyes while I made funny sounds and danced around the room. Babies are so easy to please. What am I going to do with teenagers?!!!
Mason's hair needs a cut so bad. Today, after his bath, I could not resist playing around with it. Hey, it was in honor of his new cousin, Meili...okay, I was just bored.
Even though Mason can't quite talk yet, if you look closely, you can see what he thought about it. Who taught my kid sign language?!!!

wow mason is getting so big! I love the picture of him getting his hair done. My boys have never had enough hair to play with. Hopefully if I ever have a girl she will have lots of hair. How is the new place going?

I am so excited to have found you and I have loved seeing all of these pictures of you and James and your baby Mason (who is so completely adorable! I'm pregnant right now with a boy and now i'm really excited because i hope he looks like your baby)!
When you come to california i claim an evening with your family. you have to come over and eat some food. I demand it.

I'm loving the new blog look AND I'm super glad you blog, even though James might not be a huge fan of it. It helps me to feel just a bit closer to your family! Okay, I didn't think it was possible for a baby to be cuter than Sophie, but Mason is stinkin' CUTE!!
