Meet Timothy

James called me from work at 11pm with news that someone had brought in a litter of kittens that needed a home. Knowing my soft spot for orange cats, he thought that Mason might have a chance at owning one. I drove over to the clinic (thanks to Bryce's car and babysitting skills) and met the cutest little kitties. The little male orange kitty had a hurt little leg. How can you say no to a gimpy orange kitty? I couldn't. By midnight he was officially ours. We named him Timothy.

Even after a night of no sleep (Timothy stayed in our room with us and played all night long), we still don't regret our addition. We surprised Mason with Timothy when he woke up and boy was Mason excited! Nothing else has interested him all morning long. Even breakfast was a burden for him. Now we just need to teach him to be soft.

Hey! We had an orange kitty named Timothy too back in jr. high. Our Timmy cat has since passed on, but what a cute kitten your little Timothy is!! This will be good practice for Mason to "learn to be soft" for when little brother or sister arrives! FUN!

Oh no no no no!!! Malinda, I have a MAJOR thing for adorable little kitties just like this one--you are not helping! He is SO cute. Back in college, my roommate and I were randomly in Springville and came across a FREE KITTENS sign, which of course I couldn't resist. We followed the signs, arrived at the destination (Kitten HEAVEN) and of course, despite the very strict, no-exceptions NO PETS rule of our apartment complex, I convinced my roommate to let me take one home. She was the sweetest little thing in the world--she adored me and followed me around all day like a little puppy dog. She was sooooo sweet, so good-natured, but my roommates put their foot down after a week, fearing we'd be discovered and subsequently evicted. So I had to drive her up to Idaho and give her to a friend. It was the saddest thing I've ever done in my life! I've never completely gotten over that... I WANT ANOTHER ONE.

oh, my goodness, that is the cutest little kitten! I can't wait to do a photo shoot of Mason and his new pal. I love that last photo of him smiling at the camera, looking like he couldn't be happier. I bet Sydney will be very excited to meet this new little buddy, too.

That little kitty looks like a lot of fun!! So I talked to Kiersten about doing lunch. She said anytime would work for her. I work until four each day so anytime after that would work for me. Or we could go to lunch this Saturday. Would that work for you? Let me know! I sure hope so - I would love to see you!

Congrats on the new addition! Timothy is VERY cute! I have a foster kitten I'm caring for now. She's a lot of fun....although all but 1 of my older cats would beg to differ.
