Mason at nearly two and a half

Mason and Hayley at a recent ward activity. She can keep him occupied with her iphone for hours.
Mason has been learning and growing so much lately that I figured I should document it before it is forgotten.
* Favorite color is orange (pronounced, oange).
* Mason loves people. However, he seems to prefer blond women over everyone else. Besides his momma, most of the women he melts for are pretty blonds. This might stem from his doting Auntie, Arctica.
* Needless to say, Mason LOVES serving in the singles ward. He comes home reeking of perfume from the many laps he snuggles on. He figures that missing nursery is a small price to pay for the attention he receives.
* He still LOVES "Choos". Trucks and other vehicles are good too, but choos still make his world go round.
* He adores "Char".
* He still can't cope without his blanket. He used to like all of his grandma's blankets the same, but now only his stinky "2B" will do (2 because it is the 2nd and B for blanket).
* He can locate any "O" anywhere and is pleased as punch whenever he does.
* He likes his "cowboots". Unfortunatly they currently have dog poop on them and are waiting to be cleaned on our porch. He is sure to tell everyone about this sad situation. Even if he is in the middle of eating with a new friend at a restaurant, he is sure to bring up the poop on his shoe update. It goes over really well, as you can imagine.
* He is mighty handy with a camera.
* He loves books.
* He now wows us with his vocal skills and composes all sorts of diddies about various family members, dogs, frogs, choos and what have you. He also has a mean hip swivel on the dance floor. Break dancing seems to come to him naturally. We're still deciding about rhythm....
* He has learned to take pride in his farting skills (I know, I am appalled). Whenever he is lucky enough to get one out, he is sure to excitedly proclaim it to the world and won't stop cheering about it until I repeat back to him (as quietly and sheepishly as I can...especially in public places) that he farted and that he has to say excuse me. Thanks, James.
