Recently we Siegs went up into the Uinta mountains by Strawberry Reservoir and scouted for good camping locations. At one point we all hopped out and hiked around for a bit. Since we didn't have Char's backpack with us, our handy stroller had to take one for the team and go off roading. Mason wanted to use his own legs, so this left Charlie all by himself at the head of the group to trail blaze. I don't know if it was the stress of it all or the influence of the Uinta mountains, but next thing we knew, we were introduced to a whole new alter ego of Charlie's that we had never before met: Chipawha Char. For the rest of the trip, and pretty much every day since, he hasn't stopped talking about his Chipawha tribe, outdoor tips, many moons, etc. Quite frankly, if I have to hear him spin one more yarn about the merits of mice pelts or how buffalo milk is what make all of the Chipawhas so big and strong, I am going to go crazy!
.....Just kidding, I think James is genius and I can't get enough of little Chipawha Char.
