Mason working hard with his blue Jello
Last week, we decided to start working on our alphabet. I remember my mom helped my youngest brother learn by pouring part of a dry Jello pack on a cookie sheet. As my mother is genius with all things children, I decided to follow her good example with our little Mason.
Boy was he pleased with himself! Not only was it tasty, it was also fun! The nice thing about using a dry Jello pack, is that it works as a lick-a-stick as you write and then once the letter is completed, you only have to shake the pan and to have a blank slate once more.
Charlie used a different method with his Jello allotment...
...but I would say that he was equally as pleased with his outcome.
Learning can be so fun....especially when it comes in the form of blue-flavored sugar. Hot dog!
