First half of our visit

Grandpa Flips with Charlie and Mason on our gigantic swing set (one of the perks we get from renting from crazies).
On the 13th of March, my dad came for a visit. The next day the boys and I piled in the car and drove Westward for a refreshing visit to California. Originally we planned on flying out with Poppy on the 23rd so that we could surprise my sister at the airport when she got back from her mission. However, the Winter was proving to be too bleak and long so my dad decided that he "needed" to pick up a car (for my sister to drive all of her loot up to school in) and we decided to drive back with him. He is a saint. Anyone who is willing to drive across the desert with three little boys for no reason is. We sure love him!
Once we got to our home, we snuggle-buggled with Grandma and Great Grandma in the sun:

We played catch with Mickey for countless hours:

We visited with family (both sides of our family live in the same area. Hot dog):
Aunt Audrey and cousin Scarlett
We freshened up in the sink (I say WE very loosely here, I promise):

We played games and puzzles with Great-grandma:
My grandma now lives with my parents and it was a treat to spend time with her. I loved watching my boys fall in love with her. She is the softest and sweetest woman I know. When she would wake up from a nap, Mason would cheer, "GREAT GRANDMA IS AWAKE!!!!"
On St. Patrick's day, McCabe turned 3 whole months...
....and to celebrate, we tried to catch a leprechaun:
Those fellas are whiley! Maybe next year.... Anyway, we had fun. However, we were missing Pops a whole bunch and were pleased as punch when he was able to join us 9 days later.
