Mason, showing Char how to sit like a big boy in a grocery cart for the first time. Aparently big boys still can suck on their blankets in public.....
The blessings of motherhood are many fold but the post-baby phase when you start losing all of your hair doesn't seem to be one of them. Yuck! As much as my vanity doesn't like my thinning state, Mason seems to like it even less. That boy has a knack for finding my hair all over the place! Every time he does, he is quick to let his mother know that he has found the grossest thing imaginable by curling up his lips and saying, "Mommy's hair!" over and over until I rid him of his stomach churning find. I don't know if I should be proud of his eagle eyes or just mortified. As if being uncomfortable for 9 months, having permanent rings under my eyes and toting around a fancy layer of baby weight is not enough, Mason has to point out that my hair physically repulses him. Thanks. Char better be grateful!
I guess his tactless way of letting me know that I gross him out is sort of an improvement. Even last month, if he saw something that was in the least bit unsightly, he would literally start gagging and occasionally throw up in his mouth. Everything from boogers to poop both enthralled and disgusted him all at once. The worst was when he picked his cousin's nose and then threw up on the floor. Twice. You would think that could have been avoided pretty easily. What a bright little OCD child I have.

This was a crack-up! Logan has a weak stomach too. I don't understand it. One of the things that used to crack us up was when he was doing his business in the bathroom and gagging HIMSELF with his own stink. Poor kid. He also can hardly empty the trash or the CLEAN dishwasher if there is anything unsightly involved. He begins to gag. One day Taylor took a bite of his sandwich and he just couldn't take it. It's so funny.
I feel your pain with the hair loss!! My second set of bangs are just now almost caught up the ones that didn't fall out.
Mason is hilarious. And that last photo is so precious! I love seeing the brotherly love.
Oh my gosh that was hilarious! I was going to write more but I have nothing else to say. HAHAHA
