Our favorite little Chippy-Chap turned five and nobody is ever more excited for his birthday than this guy!
We started the day off with his requested donuts and birthday cards:
While we got ready for the day's festivities, Char helped me paint his dolphin pinata
Once James got home for the day, we opened presents (since Mason got to open his early, why make Char wait?)
Clyde partied with us in style
Wrapping in newspaper is where it's at
Charlie's dream came true when he discovered his birthday bunny!
We found this rabbit on craigslist for $15 that afternoon and he came with his cage, food, and wood shavings. He is extremely soft and actually potty trained!
He named him Basil Stagg Hair after his favorite rabbit in Redwall
After presents, we headed off to our local archery range to try his new bow and arrows on for size.
Char was a natural!
Char was nice enough to let his brothers try his new bow
McCabe was more interested in looking the part then taking the time to shoot
Clyde thought archery was pretty cool
After shooting our fill, we headed off to Sirloin Stockaid (again) for Charlie's dream birthday dinner
After dinner we beat up our dolphin pinata

Char asked for a dolphin cake for his birthday and he was thrilled!
What a great day!
